Setting The Space is fully adept to handle designing model homes for builders and has successfully completed several model home projects that were done with our typical sense of style and flair. Our clients are successful builders and developers who were thrilled with our design expertise, as reflected in sales of their homes. We would advise on layout, moldings, all finishes, colors, fixtures, etc. and completly choose all interior details including furniture, rugs, lighting, art, etc. to make each model complete. We are well known in the industry for creating a "look" that makes people comfortable (and wanting to buy!)by first artfully combining the right colors with the right furniture and then adding the little details.
